                <p>Lucius Bruttidius Augustalis worked in the imperially-owned brickyards, the <foreign xml:lang="Latn">figlinae Oceanae Minores</foreign>. His bricks have been found widely in Italy, North Africa, and Narbonensis (CIL XV.1 nos 373-79).
